Zac Efron channels his inner Wiggle in this still from a comedy sketch that was cut from this past weekend’s Saturday Night Live.
According to SNL blogger aspirationsofolyvil, “Use Your Noodle” was a kid’s show hosted by Zac, 21, and “Greg who is Not an Alien, as we all know from the Dwayne Johnson episode. He sucks the life out of the youth to survive. It was pretty funny. Bill Hader as Greg is just thoroughly entertaining. Bill Hader as anything, really.”
Another skit that was cut: “Gator World: A few white trash folks drive to see the 18 foot gator at Gator World, but first have to be entertained by Gator World’s owner’s chicks and flamboyant stepson. They sing and dance and do choreography, and it was pretty hilarious to me (at points), overall it was a weak sketch and I knew it would be cut, though I did want to see them sing the classics rewritten to be about Gators again. The Zef really does have a strong voice. The gator was dead at the end, so nobody got to see the gator.”

Zac at the Ellen Degeneres Show!

Zac Efron shows off his basketball skills by spinning one on his pinky finger as he appears on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday afternoon (April 15).
The 21-year-old actor spun and signed the basketball for host Ellen, which is now up for auction at Ebay. The auction ends next week on Wednesday, April 22 and all proceeds from the auction will go towards The Humane Society of the United States. The auction is already up to $2,375!!!
Zac also played the Last Word game with Ellen... which he won both times! Check back soon for caps!

Zac Efron: Musica Career? Maybe One Day...

Zac Efron revealed to MTV News last week that music is definitely in his life, but he’s not sure if a music career is for him just yet.
The 21-year-old actor shared with the music network, “I’ve always been a fan of music. I love it. It’s my life, but at the same time, it’s not necessarily my passion to an extent where I want to create it and put it out there. I think that potentially it could be someday. I think the day I could make an album is the day I could write and produce it on my own terms and when I have the skills and wisdom to do it.”
Zac also caught up with E! News last night on the 17 Again red carpet, denouncing any Twittering rumors. He stated, “[I don't have Twitter] or Facebook, no MySpace, nothing. So if you have me, it’s a poser, don’t talk to him. And [my girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens] doesn’t have any of them either. None.”

Zac Efron arrives at the premiere of his new movie, Warner Bros. 17 Again held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on Tuesday (April 14) in Hollywood.
On the red carpet, the 21-year-old rubbed shoulders with costar Michelle Trachtenberg.
Zac revealed he’s loving life! He shared, “This is like the best job in the world. I’m having the time of my life. I wake up every day with a new challenge whether it’s filming, learning a new skill set, interviews, press, that kind of stuff. It’s always fun. It’s always interesting. It’s always a challenge. I’m very happy with that, and I’m very happy with my life right now.”

Zac Efron stands next to a giant cover of his Seventeen magazine cover at a private screening for his new flick, 17 Again, in NYC on Monday night (April 13).
The 21-year-old actor was just named the #1 Hottest Guy in Hollywood in the May 2009 issue of Seventeen. Zac shared in the mag about his high school days, love, and relationships. Check it:
On any love advice he’d give his 17-year-old self: “(laughs) I would go back and say, “Take your time.” You have to figure out the difference between love and lust. It’s hard to tell when you’re young.”
On what he was like in high school: “I wouldn’t call myself hot. I looked about 10 years old until the summer of my junior year. I also used to go shopping at Goodwill. I would always come home with some ugly flannel that was too big for me - but I felt rebellious wearing it. My mom hated it. I look back now, and I think I just looked like an idiot.”
On how he deals with relationship drama: “I tend to diffuse situations. When I’m uncomfortable, I laugh.”

Zac Efron keeps his head down as he leads the way for dad David and younger brother Dylan out of Brooks Atkinson Theatre in NYC on Monday night (April 13).
The trio took in a late night showing of new Broadway show, "Rock of Ages," while Zac's girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens landed at LAX.
Zac, 21, appeared on The Late Night with David Letterman yesterday night and shared with the host about getting a little bit tired of hearing the HSM songs. He shared, "Just the other day a mom came up to me and said, 'You must've got sick of the songs,' and I was like, 'Yeah, we sing them for two months straight.' She grabbed my by the shirt collar and pulled me in really close. She was like, 'Two months? I've had this in my car for two years!' And I realized that it's gotten completely out of hand."

Zac Efron: 'Gypsy was my first audition'

After doing an interview at MTV studios, Zac Efron chats away on his phone and heads out for Late Night with David Letterman in NYC on Monday afternoon (April 13).
The 21-year-old actor, who appears on the May 2009 cover of GQ, appeared on The View early this morning.
Zac shared with the ladies about his first audition, "My Mom asked me if I wanted to audition for musical theater because I was always singing and dancing around the house -- they were pretty annoyed by this at the time. So, she asked if I wanted to go to Toys 'R Us or somewhere one day because I had wanted to get an action figure or something. Little did I know, it was actually a trick. She dropped me off at this audition for Gypsy. I ran around in a news cap and sold newspapers. I got the part... I didn't even get to go to Toys 'R Us after."

Zac Efron does a little dance in this new pic from the upcoming May 2009 issue of GQ magazine.
The 21-year-old actor dished to the mag about his new flick, 17 Again, his future film career and keeping HSM loot in his trunk. Check it:
On keeping a few HSM posters with him at all times: "I've kinda got it figured out. I just pull in to the lot at [a movie studio] and they can't follow me. The first time I did it, they weren't going to let me in. The guy at the gate was like, 'What are you gonna do for me?' I said, 'What do you want me to do?'He's like, 'I got kids.' And I was like, 'Well, I got a poster in the trunk!' It's smart to keep some swag in the trunk, just in case."
On what's in stores for his future: "I'm truly ready right now. I can't wait, dude. I'm going to do something -- something cool. Something people aren't necessarily expecting."
On working with 17 Again director Burr Steers: "He messed with my head a little bit. There were scenes where I had to be pissed, so he'd be a total a¨Chole all morning, to make me a little bit on edge. I had no idea what he was doing until after the movie was over. I just thought he was a huge a¨Chole. But it turns out he's incredibly smart. He doesn't just give you what you want to hear and tell you that you're doing a great job. It's a different kind of love and support."

Zac Efron looks a little scared to shake curler-clad Kathie Lee Gifford at his TODAY Show appearance Monday morning (April 13) in New York City.
In a comedy sketch on Saturday Night Live this past weekend, the 21-year-old actor portrayed her 19-year-old son, Cody.
She joked around with Zac, saying, "Hey, how ya doing? Nice to meet you. (shakes his hand) I didn't actually see it [the skit] but Cody called me. This is his number, he wants you to call him (hands him paper with Cody's number on it). This is what he looks like - he's way younger than you, way taller than you and way better looking! Thank you very much."

Zac Efron is all set to premiere his new flick, 17 Again, tomorrow night (April 14) and took a break to talk with TeenHollywood.com all about it. Check out what the 21-year-old actor had to say:
On hosting Saturday Night Live: "I'm so excited to host SNL. It's been a dream of mine since I was like 10 years old. I mean, improv is pretty much how I got started. They do more sketch comedy but this is how I started. This is what I want to get back to. I think it's going to be a great week. I can't wait."
On getting slapped by all the ladies in the flick: "It was amazing watching everybody have so much fun that night. No, it was funny, it started slow and Tom was very nice about it. He was like, ¡®There's no way to fake a slap. We're just going to have to go for it'. And he did. He knew how to do it. We had a stunt coordinator that day who was instructing everyone how to slap and he goes, ¡®You guys really got to sell it! You have to slap him!' And I'm sitting there like ¡®they're slapping me, bro!'
On the light-saber fight with costar Tom Lennon: "Yes [it was fun]. I hit Tom [in the head]. There were a couple injuries, but I hit Tom pretty hard one day and I just thank God it was during rehearsals with the rehearsal light sabers because if we had been filming a real take, we'd use real light sabers. I'm pretty sure he would have had less face right now."
17 Again hits theaters THIS Friday!
